Support
Pahust is made by one person. You will be answered by that person.
Usually answered within two working days. English or Russian — пишите по-русски, если так удобнее.
Reporting something broken
Four lines are enough, and they save a round trip:
- The app version — Settings, at the very bottom.
- Your device and OS version (iPhone 15, iOS 18.4; or "Mac, Sequoia").
- What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
- A screenshot if it is something you can see. Use Settings → Privacy → Hide amounts first if you would rather not send real numbers — the app blanks every amount instantly and stays usable.
Please do not send a full backup file unless it is asked for. It contains your whole plan, and it is almost never needed.
Questions people actually ask
Where do I enter what I spent?
Nowhere, and that is the point. Pahust plans forward from your paydays; it never asks what happened yesterday. There is no transaction log, no bank connection and no categories, and there never will be. If you want to know where your money went, this is the wrong app and it will not become the right one.
What you do occasionally is record a balance — the way you set a watch. Thirty seconds, prefilled with what the app projected. That is the entire maintenance burden.
Does it sync between my devices?
Yes, through your own iCloud account, if you are signed in. Nothing passes through a server belonging to the developer, because there isn't one. If iCloud is unavailable the app works entirely locally and says so in Settings, so you always know which of the two you are in.
What is actually free?
The whole engine — projection, the solvency check, safe-to-spend, goal arrival dates, the forecast, widgets and the Watch. The free tier caps how much plan you can have: 2 income streams, 4 accounts, 3 debts. The safety feature is never the paid part.
I bought Plus and it is not showing on my other device
Make sure both devices use the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings. If it still does not appear, write — include the date of purchase, not your receipt or any payment details.
Where is the People tab?
Hidden by default. Settings → Screens → People switches it on. The data is not optional even when the tab is: debts you have recorded still reach your paydays and still count in the solvency check with the tab switched off.
Where did the Investments sheet go?
Also off by default — Settings → Screens → Investments. It then lives in the Forecast screen's … menu. It is not a portfolio tracker: there is nowhere to record a trade, and there never will be.
My currency converts at 1:1
That means the planning rate for it has never been set. Open Settings → Planning rates and give it a number — deliberately worse than the market, which is the whole habit the app is built around. The app also fills unset rates once on launch so this cannot silently happen; a rate you typed yourself is never overwritten.
Nothing appears on the widget
Open the app once after installing — the widgets read a snapshot the app writes. If it stays empty, check that a payday actually exists in the future: with no income stream there is nothing to show.
Where is the assistant?
It needs iOS or macOS 26, Apple Intelligence switched on, and a device that supports it. Where any of that is missing the feature is absent rather than greyed out, on purpose. It is also switchable off in Settings → Assistant. It never writes to your plan and no figure in the app comes from it.
How do I get my data out?
Settings → Data: a spreadsheet (opens in Numbers, Excel and Google Sheets), per-screen CSV, a one-page PDF of the plan, a calendar file, and a complete JSON backup. Exports always contain real amounts, including when "hide amounts" is on.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Erase everything removes every record, and the deletion travels through your own iCloud to your other devices. Deleting the app removes its local database. There is no account to close and no request to send anyone — see the privacy policy.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, and it will be read carefully. Two answers are already fixed, though: expense tracking and bank sync. Everything else is open.
If you are stuck on something urgent
Your plan is on your device and in your own iCloud. Nothing you do in the app can be lost by the developer, because the developer never has it — which also means nobody can recover it for you. Before experimenting with a plan you care about, take a JSON backup from Settings → Data.
